OUR CUSTOMER STORIES

“After 20 minutes in the office of 3 Bar Construction, we knew we had found the building contractor needed for our job.  He listened, understood every aspect involved, discussed options and scheduled a visit to our site.

When they started our job, they stayed with us until completion.  Phone calls/emails returned quickly-informative, excellent communication.  Any concerns we had were dealt with.

3 Bar has many long term employees, from a well run office to an efficient, experienced construction crew.  They were respectful of our property and pride of workmanship was evident.  Mutual respect & regard between employer & employees was noticeable.

A competent, solid, experienced and honest builder.  Would definitely hire again.”

“The Board of Directors and Management of the Okanagan Gleaners Society wanted to express our sincere gratitude and thanks for allowing two of your employees to assist us with the loading of a 40′ container with boxes of soup mix.

It certainly made the 2-hour job so much easier for our volunteers that came to do the work. With the challenges of distancing due to Covid-19, we are limited to the number of volunteers able to come to do this strenuous work. Having this food go out to Jamaica where food is so needed is such a blessing. You have made a difference in someone’s life.”

“The Oliver Parks and Recreation Society had the privilege of working with 3 Bar Construction on the recent renovations to the Oliver Community Weight-Room.

3 Bar Construction approached this project in a professional manner, working well with the staff and board of directors on this complex project. The work delivered was well executed and done with exceptional artisanship.

3 Bar Construction completed the work on time and within budget, allowing us to deliver on our promises to the public. Moreover, we were impressed with their efficiency, quality, and their commitment to the project as a whole. The team was easy to communicate with, and performed well over the general requirements of the project on numerous occasions.

I highly recommend 3 Bar Construction.”

“I am the president of a Strata and was tasked with finding a contractor to remove the failing tiles on our outdoor breezeways and have them replaced with BASF all-weather product to protect us from further damage. I did my due diligence and 3 Bar Construction was the top recommendation. I was not disappointed.

The job should have been relatively simple, it was not. The tile was extremely hard to pull up, and his crew worked like champions to get that job done. Then the trouble started; underneath the tiles, there was major rot on both the horizontal and vertical wood structure that had to be fixed. 3 Bar Construction had the know-how. They gave us a fair quote and arranged for all licenses and engineers reports.

It turned out to be a very big job but 3 Bar Construction completed it on time and on budget.

3 Bar Construction is now my go-to company when I need things done. Due to their extensive knowledge and cheerful attitude, I would have no hesitation in recommending 3 Bar Construction to anyone looking for a job well done.”

“I am the property manager for an apartment complex in Penticton. I hired 3 Bar Construction to remove, repair, and replace 10 deck railings and deck flooring complete with drip caps on the 3 story apartment. All old soffits were removed and replaced. The metal fascia was replaced on the decks and to the building perimeter. The scope of this work was completed on time, on budget, and done professionally.

I refer 3 Bar Construction to anyone wanting construction completed in a timely and professional manner.”

“We contracted 3 Bar Construction to build an ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) foundation for our new modular home.

The plans were supplied by the modular home manufacturer and 3 Bar constructed footings and 9′ foundation walls in ICF in accordance with those plans complete with window cutouts, footings for point loads, and rough-in plumbing.

We were very pleased with the work and the house fit perfectly when placed on this foundation.”
